29/11 Yesterday I went to the cheese factory. It was sooooo fun. When we came in there was a man name Kert he show us around. We tasted alot of cheese. The cheese I like the most was the string cheese. There was one cheese called Mango fire. It wasn't good at all and  it was so spicy. After the cheese factory the next place I went was the dairy farm. I really really hate the smell of poop.
Yesterday is a very fun day

    Sai, how can people in Wisconsin make a cheese that is too spicy for Thai people? I thought you liked spicy food!! Hahah!

    Was there anything interesting at the dairy farm? I mean, other than poop :-)
